📱🔥 RHEA WENT LIVE 📱🔥 - PART 9

A sponsored post sat beneath one reaction video.
Tia.
Holding a beauty product.
Discount code in the caption.
Posted eleven minutes ago.
Rhea stared.
Then laughed.
Slowly.
“Oh.”
“What?”
“She’s promoting.”
Shan leaned over.
“Jesus.”
“She went Live with eighteen thousand people, then posted an ad.”
“That’s efficient.”
Rhea looked at Shan.
“She knew.”
“Maybe.”
“No. She knew.”
Rhea scrolled to Keys’s page.
He had posted a Story.
A screenshot of his streaming numbers.
Song link underneath.
Caption:
Since everybody here anyway 😭🔥
Rhea’s mouth fell open.
Shan started laughing first.
Then Rhea.
Not because it was funny.
Because it was so outrageous there was nothing else left.
“This man.”
“He promoted music.”
“He saw the traffic.”
“He used my humiliation to promote his song.”
“Entrepreneur.”
“Shan.”
“Sorry.”
Rhea sat back.
Everything was suddenly obvious.
Tia had gained nearly eight thousand followers.
Keys’s song had been reposted everywhere.
Reaction channels had content for days.
Everybody won.
Everybody except the woman losing her mind on camera.
Rhea stared at her own profile.
1.2 million followers.
Thousands of comments.
Notifications climbing.
She whispered:
“I’m the fucking product.”
Shan heard.
“What?”
Rhea looked at her.
“They don’t even need to do anything interesting.”
“Who?”
“Any of them.”
She pointed at the phone.
“If Tia posts a cryptic quote, nobody cares until I respond. If Keys says something vague, nobody cares until I respond. If some girl says she saw him somewhere, nobody cares until I respond. Then everybody gets views.”
Shan nodded.
Rhea stared at the screen.
“They know I’ll react.”
“Yes.”
Her eyes hardened.
“Not anymore.”
Shan looked sceptical.
Rhea saw it.
“What?”
“I support you.”
“That face does not support me.”
“I’ve heard ‘not anymore’ before.”
“This is different.”
“You deleted Twitter for nineteen minutes last year.”
“That was because the app automatically logged me back in.”
“You entered the password.”
“I was checking security.”
Shan smiled.
Rhea did not.
“I mean it.”
She opened her front camera.
Shan sat up.
“No.”
“I’m not doing drama.”
“No.”
“I’m telling people I’m done.”
“No.”
“Why?”
“Because announcing silence is still noise.”
Rhea stared at her.
Shan shrugged.
“That was actually quite profound.”
“Fuck off.”
Rhea put the phone down.
Ten seconds.
Twenty.
Thirty.
Then picked it up again.
Shan groaned.
“I need to say one thing.”
“Of course you do.”
“One.”
“You’ve never had one thing.”
Rhea opened Instagram and went Live.
Within sixty seconds, eight thousand people joined.
Within two minutes, fifteen thousand.
Rhea sat at the kitchen counter, lashes gone, hair pulled back, face bare and voice quieter.
The comments flooded.
RHEA WHAT HAPPENED
DID U GO TIA HOUSE
WHERE KEYS
SHOW RECEIPTS
DID U FIGHT
Rhea waited.
Then spoke.
“I’m going to say this once.”
